In 1999 I opened my own business, consulting in Interior Decorating and Design, but it wasn't until having children and visiting many "unhealthy" homes that I became interested in Building Biology.
Healthy Building
I started to question clients on their choice of materials, the smell of mould in their home or the way it felt instead of concentrating on what they had called me in for, - which was decorating/design advice!
In 2005 I began researching better (healthier) building materials and designing a healthy home that I could use to help promote and educate people about Building Biology.
In 2007 I completed Australia's first Building Biology inspired home from the ground up which was featured in The Age March 2008.
